02 · Frequently Asked
Before you write — a few questions we hear often, answered plainly.
| Question | Answer |
|---|---|
| What types of projects do you take on? | Wild, Creative, and Timeless — and select Other for anything that doesn't fit neatly into a category. If it moves us, we'll find a way to make it. |
| How quickly do you respond? | Within 24 hours on business days. Usually faster. We don't queue messages or route them through a ticketing system. |
| Do you work with clients outside Nebraska? | Yes — we travel for the right project. Remote pre-production and review is available for all clients regardless of location. |
| What should I include in my first message? | Project type, rough timeline, and what you're trying to say. Budget is helpful but not required upfront — we'll get there. |
