What we collect
The contact form on this site collects your name, email, phone, company, and message. The free consultation quiz additionally collects your answers to a 10-question Instagram audit, and — only if you choose to submit them — your name, email, phone, and company.
How the quiz uses AI
Your quiz answers are sent to Google Gemini to generate an instant, personalized diagnosis. If that call fails for any reason, a rule-based (non-AI) fallback generates the diagnosis instead — either way, no answer is ever shown to anyone but you and the Broduction team.
What we retain
Quiz answers and the diagnosis shown to you are saved as soon as you finish the quiz, even if you don’t submit contact info — this lets us follow up on interest that didn’t convert. If you do submit contact info, our team is notified by email and reviews it manually. This data is stored separately from any other Broduction system and is not shared with third parties beyond Google Gemini (for the diagnosis) and our email provider (for the team notification).
Cookies & analytics
We use privacy-focused, aggregate web analytics (Vercel Web Analytics) to understand how visitors use the site — including which step of the quiz they reach. This does not use tracking cookies or sell data to third parties.
Requesting deletion
Email broductionsstudio@gmail.com with the email address you used, and we’ll delete your record. We reply within 24 hours.
