Every site we build stays on our care plan: we host it, keep it up to date, and make your changes. You request a change in your client portal — a text or photo swap, new hours, a new video, an announcement — and we make it. Three of those small requests a month are included.
A new page or section, a redesign or a new feature is bigger than a change request, so we quote it before starting. Unused requests do not roll over to the next month.

Do I need a shoot?
Yes, and it is included. Every build starts with a half-day content day: we film the hero and shoot the photography the site is built around. No site of ours launches on stock footage.
Can I edit the site myself?
No. There is no CMS to log into. You request changes in your client portal instead: three small change requests a month are included in the care plan, and we make them for you.
What's included in the care plan?
Hosting, upkeep, and three small change requests a month — a text or photo swap, new hours, a new video, an announcement. We answer requests within two business days, and an outage the same day. Bigger work, like a new page, a redesign or a new feature, is quoted first. Unused requests do not roll over. The care plan is required on every site we build.
How long does a build take?
It depends on how many pages the site needs and when the content day can happen, since the site is built around that footage. We set the dates together on the first call.
Do you do WordPress?
No. Every site is custom code, built the way this one is: Next.js, hosted on Vercel. Without a theme and a stack of plugins there is less to load, less to break and less to keep patched, which is a large part of why the pages are fast.

The studio is based in Lincoln, Nebraska, shoots across the state, and travels nationally when a project calls for it.
